The whole purpose for spending time meditating is to gain deeper experience of how to work with our minds with clarity and compassion, and to bring this into everyday life — so we can help ourselves and make a better world.

These resources are drawn from the rich tradition of Tibetan Buddhism that I’ve practiced for many years but are appropriate for people of all backgrounds and faiths. They are curated primarily for people studying meditation with me.


Guided Meditations

 

A meditation that begins with uniting our body and our mind, then bringing our awareness to our breath, and finally, allowing thoughts and feelings to be fully present.

 
 

A meditation I led on June 9, 2020 after the killing of George Floyd. With this meditation we extend compassion to both those suffering from injustice, well as those opposing the change you think is needed to relieve the suffering. This will help you stay in connection with the dignity of all the people involved, without covering over the disagreement — a basic principle of non-violent protesting.
